Our Technical Helpdesk is available on a 7 day basis , and manages the entire process from the issuance of RMA details to the return of product to the end user / retail channel from our Repair Centre. Co-ordination of this process is via our bespoke software platform , Hyperion , with this secure , internet based system allowing our customers access on a real-time basis to all Technical Helpdesk and Repair Centre activity. The system also handles the generation of reporting on a number of key metrics to allow process improvements to be implemented.
Our Helpdesk also covers a number of foreign languages to allow us to offer our services to an ever-increasing range of customers. |
