Where the Manufacturer already has fully packed product at a hubbed premises or at customer / end user level which requires a Product recall due to a hardware defect , HDL will manage the efficient Rework and Return of this product through a professional fast-turnaround process ,  where the Reworked product can also be retested and repacked to the Manufacturer’s original specification.
